Mackerel pate.
Line 2 lb loaf tin with smoked salmon
12 ozs smoked mackerel
6 ozs melted butter
4 ozs Philadelphia cheese

Juice of lemon and black pepper.

Mix in blender until a smooth paste and spread in bottom of the loaf tin
Smoked Trout pate.
8 ozs smoked trout
5 ozs melted butter
4 ozs Philadelphia cheese
2 tbs tomato puree

Juice of lemon and black pepper

Mix in blender as for mackerel pate.
