Hi Jamie. Here are two super recipes for cooking or using trout which you can include on your website. I can vouch for both!!

The trout pate one is ideal for parties or meal starters and very easy to do and enjoyed by all who taste it.

One of the ways I cook fresh trout is as follows: Fresh trout in whisky sauce.

Clean and fillet the fish, remove all bones and cut each side fillet in two(this makes it easier to handle in the frying pan.) Fry the fillets in some butter- just a few minutes each side -then add a cup of fresh cream and half a cup of whisky. Cook and turn a few minutes more and then serve with the sauce over the fish. Beautiful!!!
